This page covers the Opera classic bedroom by Francesco Pasi, with its upholstered beds and carved storage. The Opera Bed 3071 is built on 80 mm solid wood and finished in Luxury or gloss tones. It also shows how a New Deco open nightstand can sit beside an Opera bed without breaking the look.
Upholstered Opera beds
An upholstered Opera bed suits a room that should feel soft rather than formal. The old Opera page showed several upholstered beds, made of solid wood with carving and fabric worked with great care. The Opera Bed 3071 by Francesco Pasi follows that line, with an upholstered headboard on a solid wood structure of 80 mm. Its finishes run from Luxury White and Cream to 100 Gloss Ebony, and gold or silver leaf can be added.
The chest of drawers as a second focal point
A wide chest balances the bed from the opposite wall. The Opera Shaped Chest of Drawers, 3 Drawers, Carved "B" Decoration by Francesco Pasi is 146.5 cm wide, 106 cm high and 61 cm deep. Gold leaf or silver leaf can be applied, and the 80 mm uprights carry carving finished by hand. More pieces for luxury master bedroom furniture are on the bedroom page.
Mixing in an open nightstand
An open nightstand lightens the bedside next to a substantial bed. The New Deco Open Nightstand by Francesco Pasi has a top in cherry blockboard, 25 mm, and a back in Tanganyika walnut plywood. Its uprights are solid cherry, 60 mm. Finished in white lacquer, it sits well with an Opera bed in Luxury White. Further pieces are in premium home furniture.
